Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

If I divorce my illegal immigrant husband, and he is deported, who gets the property during the pendency of the divorce? Does it all go to me, or is it still subject to community property laws?

This is a matter of Texas state family law. Do contact a family lawyer who specializes in divorces about that. It is possible that your undocumented husband could experience consequences as a result of your divorce.
