Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Divorce after petition has been filed
A substitute sponsor has been used for a reinstatement of a visa petition. If the sponsor gets a divorce after petition has been approved by USCIS, will that affect the petition for the family on file with USCIS? Could the visa or petition be declined?

Re: Divorce after petition has been filed
Has the petition only been approved?
Has LPR been established?
Does the substitute sponsor remaining, still have sufficient income to satisfy requirements?
