Divorce and remarriage
I am in a relationship with a women whom is married. She wants to divorce and remarry me. What can we do to make this work for us. She has only been married since 12/06.

Hire a lawyer.
Count 60 days from the date the petition is filed, and if all is agreed or settled or mediated or tried, she can get a divorce. Then wait another 30 days to get married.
