Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Can I divorce my wife and what will happen next? What will happen to her?
I want to divorce my newly wedded wife who I brought over from Ethiopia on a K1 Visa because we are just not getting along to the point where we are just making our life a living hell, we sent the form I-485 AOS in March but she still haven't got her GC or any US status documents and her visa has expired back in April and USCIS keeps sending us "Request for Evidence" over and over again. I don't want her to be deported back to Ethiopia but I can't live with her anymore either.

If you get divorced & she does not receive her greencard through marriage to you, then she will be required to return to Ethiopia. Furthermore, since she entered on a K-1, she will never be able to adjust status if she remains in the U.S. & marries another U.S. citizen. She absolutely needs to return home, based on the facts you have provided.
