Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
my driver license expired
I cannot renew my Texas driver license because the name on my SSC is still my maiden name so, i tried changing it but when i showed them my citizenship card they noticed that it wasn't signed by the commissioner of immgration (their fault not mine) what do i do now?

Do you have your actual citizenship certificate? On the back it should reflect the name change. If not, you will have to pay USCIS to reissue the citizenship card. I am sorry you having so much trouble over something so trivial.
