I am on E 2 visa with my family in usa and my family like my brother, sister and mother are usa citizen. Am i eligible to apply for a green card and whats the length to get that. Thanks

There are some pathways to residency from E2 status. Options include: EB1; EB2; EB3; or EB5. These options would be significantly faster than through a sibling or parent petition.
