employing relative from el salvador
Iwant to employ my sister n law
to be a live in nany and tutor for my children.
what is the best course of action for this. or is there a better way.

Hire a lawyer for this process, as it is a difficult category to get approved for a relative. Depending upon her qualifications and her situation there may be better alternatives. (student?)
