Extending a stay for H2B Workers throught a company
My company brings and H2B workers each year for temporary work. The contract expires on 12/01/07 this year but we are going to need the workers longer. We want to extend their visas and work permits for more time. Howerver, berfore doing so, I want to make sure this is not going to affect our qualifications to bring H2B workers next year or in future years. Please let me know if extending visas on current H2B workers will affect bringing more H2B workers in next year. Thank you! Anna

Extension for H2bs are not that easy...you need to give prper reasoning...and it will be considered on a case by case basis.
