F1 Status after i marry to permanet resident

Hiii ..I am married to a permanet resident guy in USA.I am here on F1(Student Visa).I am gonna continue my studies also at the same University that issued me Visa after the marriage also.

Will it affect my Status as a Student Visa Person if i DON'T file I-130 or anything.

2Is there any problem if i go to my native country in vacation and come back USA because of my marriage??

3Is it matters if i change my last name after marriage??

(My SSN and ID still has maiden name)

4 Is there any problem in getting H1 visa as i am married with resident.

Being married to a permanent resident does not affect your student status, as long as you don't apply for immigrant visa. You must make sure that you are in school full-time and that you obtain travel permission before you go on vacation. You don't have to change your name if you don't want to. Carol Saliba
