Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
family based immigration while on H1B
I know during H1B based green card interview they usually require you to bring last 3-5 years of tax returns and w2s. But if it's family based immigration and if you are on H1B status, how many years of tax return and w2s do they usally require the beneficiary to bring to prove the legal status? Would 1-2 years enough?
