Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
family deported
I entered the US when I was 9 illegally n was deported with my entire family Dec 2007 I'm know 23. When they deported us the immigration personel told us that we might be able 2 go back if we married a US citizen or if we asked for a pardon..is this true. N if we actually had no choice in the way we entered the US because we were so young do they take this into consideration? They gave us a 10 yr punishment is there any way we can fight this?

Before anything else, thanks for writing me at AllExperts.com
Yes, is right. Only 2 options, because a 10 years punishment block any request for a visa (any visa).
If you can't get marriage with US citizens, you can request for a pardon at US Embassy or Consulate. You can visit www.uscis.gov for get detailed information.
Any doubt or another question, let me know it please.
