Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Family Shelter

A family came into the US with a valid tourist visa, valid passports from El Salvador and were given I-94's with an expriation date of Nov 2008. They both had return tickets to go back home, but went across the border of Mexico to shop for the day and that's when their nightmare began. They are being held in a Family Shelter in Pennslyvania run by ICE. How can they return back to their country without be charged with illegal entry.

Re: Family Shelter

Where is the removal case pending? Although they are in PA, USCIS probably has them listed as having no entry. They need an immigration attorney in the locality where the case is pending. An immigration lawyer in any jurisdiction can represent them, however, the travel costs for the attorney could be significant.
