Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
my father is being denied his residency due to lack of evidence but he gave them more then enough he made an appeal and was denied the only thing that they told him was that there was not enough evidence he was doing his application because of the amnisty what can he do because he has spent alot of money already? is ther something he can do? or can he reapply?
