my fiance got deported in united kingdom can he come to the united states on fiance visa

I am not clear if your fiance was deported from the UK, or from the US requiring his return to the UK. If he has a prior deportation from the US, he will likely need a waiver to return. You will want to consult with an immigration attorney to discuss his options. You will need to know the date and reason for any prior deportation.
