Re: fiance visa
If you have previously had a K-1 visa petition approved within two years prior to the filing of another petition, it will not be approved without the filing of a waiver.
The government also has a multiple visa petition tracking database. At some point, your fiance would probably become aware that you had previously filed a fiance petition for another person.
