Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My fiance has a visitors visa
My fiance has a visitors visa from Mexico (for 10 yrs), and her visitors permit (required every 6 months) has expired. She is still in town and we want to get married. We believe its easier for her to stay here until we do then to go back and I try to bring her back. What should I do? Will it be a big issue, with fines?

Re: My fiance has a visitors visa
Since her entry was legal, she only has an overstay, you can still petition on her behalf, and adjust her status in the US. Contact me if you wish to retain my services.
