Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hello- I filed for my moms green card. When I initially filled out the app she was an Indian citizen, but she just became a Canadian citizen. What do I need to do? Should I contact the government? How do I change her status?

You should notify the USCIS Service Center that processed (or is processing) her I-130. If the I-130 has already been approved, you should also notify the NVC)
