Him I'm going to be getting my fingerprints taken soon for my green card and I was wondering if having 2 misdaminors well affect me one is for criminal mischief and the other harassment I was 18 and I have went to jail 3 other time's for public intoxicated and family violence and fighting but I've been clean for 2 years now I just want to know if all that is going to affect me on getting my green card again ??

Hi. It seems as if you're applying for a renewal of your green card. In these cases USCIS must give you the renewal. It is a ministerial duty. However, if they learn of criminal issues of which they did not have previous knowledge, removal proceedings can be instituted.
