Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I have a friend that has been in prison for 11 yrs and he's facing deportation, his resident's card expired while in prison. And we just found out about a new Texas law about immigration and inmates, he's from El Salvador and my question is.... What does the inmate need? OR What does the family of the inmate need to do?
