Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My friend is residing in Canada, but she is a Brazilian citizen. She has 6 months to stay in Canada (on a multiple entry tourist visa so she can come back anytime) and is currently awaiting her spouse visa interview. Can she go to the interview in Canada or does it have to take place in her home country? Thanks!
