Who signs the G-28 form in Employment based I-485 forms consenting the representation? Its employer or applicant/beneficiary? Its non concurrent with I-140.

The G28 is completed and submitted by the attorney representing one of the parties. I am concerned that you are completing this process on your own, and are not familiar with the process itself. You could save yourself a great deal of money and stress if you hire an immigration attorney to at least review your package prior to submission.
