Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Gaining Citizenship

My boyfriend has lived in the US for total of 13 years (he's 19). He graduated high school 07/2006. He's not a citizen nor are his parents. They came on a Visa, but did not renew it when it expired. He has two younger sisters; the youngest was born in CA and is a citizen, but the other was born in MX and isn't a citizen. How can I help him get citizenship. I cannot marry him b/c TX doesn't recognize samesex marriage. Is there anything we can do? We are desparate enough to try anything. By the way, I am a citizen.

Re: Gaining Citizenship

You are correct, USCIS will not recognize a samesex marriage. How old is the younger sister? You state that none of the other family members are citizens -- do any of them have legal permananent residence? Since their original entry was legal, did the parents register under any of prior 'forgiveness' provisions?
