Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
i have a girlfriend in essex england and need to know the best way legally to get her from a 90 day visiting viza to a 90 day fiance viza with out her having to go home? is it possible? and how much money will i need to have ? she wants to come for a vaction visa, so we can have time to decide if we want to get married. but we r pretty sure we do so when she comes she may not want to go back home .... so please help in any way possible. we need to find the cheapest route to this becase we dont have a bunch of money to do this, and need to know how much to save ?

It sounds like you may want to apply for a K-1 Fiancee Visa to begin with so that she can officially enter as your fiancee. You would have 90 days to marry once she entered the US.
