Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

My girlfriend is from rotterdam holland and i want her to come live with me in Texas legally. She will be here to visit in 2 months. And i would like for her to stay. What do we need to do to make that possible ?when she gets here?

She cannot stay beyond her admission period unless she finds eligibility to change status. Furthermore, if she tells CBP, upon entry, that she has come to live with her American boyfriend, they will not admit her into the country. If you get married, then you can petition her for U.S. legal permanent residency.
