Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Good day! I want to immigrate to Canada through education, but I was convicted of burglary in 2000 - in russia (in Russia maximum sentence could be 5 years), my sentence was 2 years on probation. Am I deemed automatically rehabilitated because far more than 10 years passed? (seems like this crime more serious in Canada and I have dark shadow of a doubt). Thank you

You would need to contact a Canadian Immigration Attorney. I believe this forum is only for attorneys practicing law in the United States.
