My Grandmother
Is it possibe to bring my grandmother to the US for a few months. She's old and with alziemers desease. All she needs is some company.

Your grandmother should apply for a B-2 tourist visa to the United States. That could allow her to spend up to six months in the U.S. with you. Additionally, if she has any immediate relatives in the U.S. who are U.S. citizens, they may be able to file a visa petition for her so she may apply for her green card.
