Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Green Card for h1b consultant
I heard many of the consultant companies(usually own by indians) who sponsor green cards are not considered real companies by the US government since the company often ''lease'' you out to other companies. So you always work at a remote locations. Will the INS deny you green card because you are working with such a company?

Re: Green Card for h1b consultant
You need to research the individual company that offers to hire you. Some are legitimate companies that fulfill contracts for workers. Others never put you to work, and you end up with no income. Some have been investigated by USCIS, and found worthy, others have not. It depends entirely on the specific entity.
