Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Green card revocation?
My ex husband obtained his green card through me, almost nine years ago. He is almost $5000 behind in child support payments and is currently in the court system for identity theft (he obtained several credit cards in my name without my knowledge or consent). Can I get his green card revoked? If so, how would I go about doing such? Thanks!

Re: Green card revocation?
The child support issue is not sufficient grounds to revoke his status; however, if convicted of a felony crime of moral turpitude, it might be. Whether to file for revocation would be a decision of Immigration Attorney.
