Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Green card -out of status
Hi
I would like to apply for adjustment of status,
and I been out of status since 1996(F-1),as
my wife is now USC. I didnt appear to register at
the special registration, how risky would be to
apply at this time? I have clean record with law.
thanks

You should have gone for special registration!! At the most they had relesed you with Bond and a notice to appear at EOIR. You could have gone very easily adjusted over there. Now...there could be problems.......
