If I am granted an H 1B visa, can I bring along with me and my family, a live in domestic help person, a national from my country

Will this person be under my H 1B visa petiton

Yes, they can come in under the B-1 visa if they meet these criteria: 1) have worked for employer for outisde the US for one year 2)have one year's experience as a domestic or personal servant and 3)will only work for the H-1B beneficiary with room and board provided.
