H1 Transfer after I-140 Denail
Got my 3yr H1 extension based on pending I-140 which was denied later. I have Visa stamping and I-94 Valid. Can i change employer and File H1 Tranfser

I would like more details about this. Your options to renew/extend/transfer your H1B may be based on other factors but if the I 140 has been denied, so would be your underlying labor. Hopefully you have more options besides the I 140 or the labor. Thanks and good luck!!
