Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
h1 visa application
hi, I got my h1 visa applied through Company X. I'm in my home country now. However, company X decided not to hire me. I have never work for company X before and I haven't got my visa stamped from the U.S embassy in my home country (even though, i got my h1 application apporved from INS).
Now, I got another offer from Company Y. Is that possible for Company Y to apply for my h1 visa? Am I facing any problem with the quata?

Re: h1 visa application
you must obtain a new approval from the company that wishes to hire you. You cannot use the previously approved H-1B for work with another employer. Good luck!
