Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am in US on h4 Visa and got my h1b(COS) approved from OCT 1st. However, beacuse of some personal reasons i am planning to take a break and join my employer by mid-Nov. I have read a DOL clause of 60 days within which employye has to report to employer.
So my Questions is.
Can i take a break for a month and join my employer?
Am i voilating my status?
OR does my employer needs to start my payroll from OCT 1st itself?
