Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hey I m permanent residence since 2015 April. My husband is in pakistan. I have applied for his Visa. I am currently in usa. I want to take re entry permit and go back to my husband. My question is if I will take re entry permit so is it necessary for me to be here in usa at the time of his interview ?
