Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Hi,

My name is Janeth and I am an illegal immigrant. I am currently engaged to a U.S. born citizen. I have a DWI on my record and I just finished my probetion about 3 weeks ago. my questions are

1. If i get married will my DWI affect me when I try to fix my status?

2. How much time do I have to wait untill is not an issue?

3.I am currently in college and have a US citizen daughter. Will this help me or will it not make a difference?

Generally DWI's do not make someone inadmissible. How did you enter the U.S.?
