Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hi,
My question is regarding Debt and Immigration law.
I have close to 10000$ debt.
Part of it is on credit cards and part of it is from the payments I have to make for early termination of the Car lease.
The reason I couldn't pay the debt was because I lost my job in 2009 and moved to my home country.
Now I am having plans to visit USA for work may be next year.
Will there be any legal consequences in my Visa and Immigration process because of this.
Thanks in advance,
Sidhu
