Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My husband wants to apply for permanent residency, but our children and I recieve government assistance, will this affect the application in any way?

Assuming you are the US citizen spouse and he is apply based on his marriage to you, then it will not affect the application. However, you (or a joint-sponsor) will need to meet the affidavit of support requirements.
