Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
me and my husband have been married for 2 years, just petitioned on his behalf, if I leave to work out of state for a few months, will it affect his paperwork?

It shouldn't as long as your marriage is not based on immigration reasons alone. If you are in a real relationship with your husband and have to travel for work, this can be documented to allay the fears of the government that your relationship is fraudulent.
