Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
my husband has been ordered to be deported back to el salvador in 60 days. what can we do. He's been here for 25 years and has a family. We've been married 7 years with kids. He has no criminal record. Never been in trouble. He's just had a bad lawyer working on his case since 1997. Last week the judge denied everything because my husband failed to take fingerprints since 2007 so those are expired.

You calimed that the judge denied every thing because your husband failed to take fingerprints since 2007. Tgis may be problem generated by your husband failure to take finger print if he was informed to do so by the lawyer. If he was not infoprmed, hire another lawyer immidately, to file for reconsideration, and or appeal based on ineffective assitance of counsel. HIre a lawyer immidately to undo the harm.
