Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I485 approved while outside USA
Hi, My wife is in India and she is planning to travel back to USA on 11/13/08 using advance parole. But, I got my GC approved on last friday. I received the approval notice today but I am still waiting for the physical card. Now my first question is, will she be able to enter the USA on advance parole? I am also plannng to mail the receipt to her but I am not sure whether she will be able to receive it. In case she receive it, Will that be sufficient for her to enter in USA. Thank you very much.
