Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My i-797B was valid from oct 01, 2008 through sep 26, 2011. This expired unused (even no visa was stamped).
now, if some other employer wants to file a new petition based on the unused time of H1B, so how much time we can file for now, will it be applicable for 3 years? or since the approval of the i-797B (oct 01, 2008) six years minus the time till current date?
or in other words, how much is the unused time as on today, Aug 06, 2013, I have?
my current location is India (please dont get confused with the current location filled as Texas, United States, what I put because this was mandatory to fill in to post my query) .
