Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I-485 & I-765,I-131 concurrent filing
Hi. Upon receiving I-140 approval, I-485, I-765 & I-131 was filed/mailed with appropriate fees right away and later found out the priority dates are not current yet. What happens when USCIS gets the forms? Will they send it back to us? Process or rejects the form? Thank you.

If the visa dates are not current, it will probably be rejected and returned.
