Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I140
i entered in US on advance parole. If my I140 is now rejected for some reason, do i have to go back to my country ?
If yes, for how many days can i legally stay in US before i have to go back ?

Sorry, but I can't answer your question without more information. You should have a lawyer to deal with the potential rejection of the I140 -- there are other options. Talk to a lawyer soon -- you might have an alternative to removal/return.
