Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I-485 spouse application
My green card approved and got the card on last October but My wife case not yet approved. Can i change my employer now ? Is it going to effect my wife case. Is there any INS time to stay with sponsoring company after got the green card.

There is no hard and fast rule, but generally speaking, the courts expect to see you remain with the employer that sponsored you, for a minimum of 6 months to one year. Anything less than six months could cause you to lose your green card. I don't understand the basis for your wife's LPR, and so am unable to answer that portion of your question.
