Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Can an illegal underage teen marry a legal underage citizen?
Me and my girlfriend are both 16 years old. We are sexualy active and my girlfriend became preagnant. I am an illegal immigrant from Mexico. We were wondering if we could get married so that I could become legal and maybe get an afterschool job to help care for the upcoming baby. Is this possible?

Just getting married to a U.S. citizen will not make you legal. You need to go through a lot more than that. As far as if you can marry them, check with a family law attorney or the county clerk's office. They will be able to tell you for certain.
