Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Illegaly Working
I became an USA citizen. Now, I am trying to file an application for adjustment of status for my husband who's visa expired. I am not sure if I have to declare on his applicattion that he has been ilegaly working in USA. Besides, we filed taxes together last year, and is a proof of his ilegal working activity. What should I do? Thank you so much in advance for your help.
