i would like to know if is better for me me to get married in mexico or to bring my fiance from mexico illegally and get married here in the U.S. if am an U.S. Citizen

Get a lawyer.
If you bring your fiance over here illegally, then the fiance will never get legalized status. You either need to file for him/her here, and come over legally; or marry in Mexico, return alone and file for LPR once you are back.
