Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Immagrant has a history of Domestic Violence
My fiancee was recently charge with domestic violence against me. At the police station while filing a protective order, I learned he has been arrested for the same crime 3 times prior.
I fear for my life from this man and do not want him in my country. Do I have valid grounds for him to be deported?

Re: Immagrant has a history of Domestic Violence
Maybe, but probably not. It depends upon what his immigration status is, and how he acquired it. It also depends upon what, if any, criminal charges were filed.
