Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
immigartion
I am a citizen of the UK on a visa waiver here in the USA. I have overstayed and now ready to leave to return to the UK. Please tell me if the Immigration at the Airport would deny my departure.

Re: immigartion
You will not be denied permission to leave, provided you have no criminal charges in the U.S. If you ever apply for reentry to the US, you can expect difficulty.

Re: immigartion
You should not have any problems trying to leave the United States. However, because of your overstay, you will be barred from re-entering the U.S. using the visa waiver program.
