where do I have to request a bond for someone that is at pearsell detention center in texas (ins) he does not have a bond yet.

Immigration bond hearings are requested and held through the court where the case has been assigned. He should know where his case is pending. Some cases are no-bond, and if that is his case, he should have been notified by now.
